PowerBook G4 hard drive replacement

My hard drive just failed in my 12" PowerBook G4 1.3Ghz.

I wondering if any one can confirm whether this disc would fit/work

That will work fine. You can check all your mac's details here. They also provide a link for upgrading the HD.
