Exporting audio out of a .avi file??!??

Is there are way to do this. I really just want the audio out of this comedy act I downloaded, and I wondered if there was a way to maybe extract it using quicktime, then import into iTunes? anyhelp would be great!!!



P.S: the .avi file is a DIVX movie...
