hacktheipodtouch.com is the best I know of so far. However, it seems iNdependance crashes the iPodtouch, so I wouldn't try it quite yet.

Is this the kind of thread that gets locked/modded? Not sure of the policy.
Anyway, I just downloaded mine, still haven't gotten my Touch yet though...
