What is the help key on the new keyboard?

I was using remote desktop to connect to my PC at work and I hit some key combination that put it into OVERWRITE as opposed to INSERT mode. I read that the help key should toggle this. But this new keyboard has no help key!
 
i ran into a problem in Maya, trying to adjust the pivot point of an object is impossible with out an insert key or help key
