Exporting bookmarks from safari

I need to change my Mac but don't want to lose my Safari bookmarks - how can I export them and then get them into Safari on my new machine? Same question also for my email addresses.

Safari bookmarks are stored in ~/Library/Safari. Just copy that whole folder (or even just the bookmarks file inside it) and you'll be fine.
