Would a 16GB Nano (if produced) be a larger size?
namely wider?

i doubt it. the 1, 2, 4, and (essentially) 8GB nanos were the same size. a differently sized nano wouldn't really fit into the "nano" class anyway.

I doubt they would make one... Its sorta to make people buy more nanos..
