iPod touch Saving online apps to memory?

I am not sure if this is what your looking for but you can bookmark pages in safari by clicking + on the left hand top corner.

That site you links says you can code the bookmark on your computer, then sync it to your touch/iPhone.
Edit: looking further, I have absolutely no idea how you'd actually go about doing that though.
