iPod Movie ITMS videos from one mac to another

Hi friends,

Sorry in advance if the answer to this is posted somewhere very obvious and I'm just missing it. *rolls eyes at self*

My question is: how do I get tv shows/movies purchased on ITMS from my old iMac G4 to my MacBook? Both computers are set up with my Apple ID (same one). We're talking about post-initial-sync files from when I bought the MB last year – I still use the G4 for my daughter, but now I want to put some of her kid shows on my iPhone (which syncs with the MB).
