DVD decryptor free DL. Then for PC I use DVD copy 5 platinum. You can get a 2 week free trial from intervideo.

i use dvd decrypter to rip the dvd then videora to convert the file. this combo works best in my opinion. just a heads up tho...if you use videora, 100% converted doesnt always mean its done converting. give it time and it will automatically import the video to your itunes library.
