Please say you're not messing with us... If i sync my iPhone and loose my ringtones (haven't synced since itunes 7.4.2....), i will be less than happy....

155 MB seems awful big for one icon...

My 2 biggest issues aren't listed.
No mention of mail mass delete
Or iPod crashing fix(but doubt they'd come out and say it)

Hmm yeah, edgesuite.net is an akamai host, so it's probably legit.

But please hold off until it shows up in iTunes. Not saying the OP is trying some social engineering, but he/she is a newbie with no track record, and remember the oompa-loompa "virus" infected a few people on Macrumors the same way.

I didn't trust the random download link either so I went to iTunes. Took a couple of clicks on the UPDATE button but then it was there!! Downloading now. 152.3MB!! Says one of the fixes is LOUDER SPEAKER VOLUME AND ALERTS VOLUME!! Nice!

This had better have every single new feature everyone on here has been hoping for, it being a 150MB download just for an update...

Call me crazy but that sounds like the size i get for OS X System updates.

After thinking about this for a minute, I too decided to stop my download midstream. Anyone have any more news? nothing on the apple site?

Okay - I had app installer on mine - took it off and restored last week. Still got an error and Im now restoring again after a failed updated... err...
