iPod touch Firmware update help with stuck pixels?

I'm sure it didn't but was just wondering if anyone with dead or stuck pixels had seen any improvement at all in them. My stuck pixels are the only reason I'm taking my week 37 back. Anyone? 😀
 
Dead pixels could never be fixed with Software, I know that much. It is something wrong with the device physically, not the code within. 🙄

I have stuck pixels, not dead pixels. And I said that i doubted it, but I thought there may be a chance that they are less likely to be noticed with the brighter screen. Why be an ******?
