So I am importing around 200 episodes of a TV show, but it will import into the movies section. Is there any way I can go set all of the episodes at once to TV Shows and set the show name without having to go through each episode?

No, you can't change the video type for more than one movie at a time using iTunes.
I think you could probably do it by stopping iTunes and manually editing the iTunes Music Library.xml file by adding
to the entries.
I'm sure someone could create a script for this. In fact, it's almost certain there is one.
