Anyone have any experience with them?

Will using them void my Apple Care?

Apple is being helpful to me about the broken LCD on my MacBook right now over the phone, but I feel like it is going to take forever to get this resolved. If I go through Apple, it will take around a month or more to fix it. MacService is quick.

Any experiences with MacService? If I have them replace my LCD is my Apple Care voided?

If they are Apple authorized service centre, then there should be no problem. If they are not Apple authorized, then all bets are off.

Have you asked Apple?
