Dixons online pricing

How is it that you can buy the new Ipod Nano 8gb online from Dixons for 120.20 Delivered yet Apple online insist on the same retail price as their shops of 129.
Please dont bore me with "oh you can get it engraved".

Either Dixons have a more efficient supply and delivery chain than Apple so can charge less, have not included the delivery cost (whereas Apple have), or are simply willing to make less profit. Either way that's competition for you.

Edit to add: at the moment a green Nano is only £118.71, all the others are £120.20! An yes, I've just checked delivery is free...
