I am having trouble when I rip DVD's or convert video for use on my new iTouch. The video and audio are out of synch. I have ripped several DVD's using Xilisoft DVD to iPhone converter, and have also tried their Video Converter.

The Audio/Video is pretty close at the beginning of a DVD, but an hour or so in, and they are off by .5 seconds.

I also tried DVDFAB, and it is better, but still slightly off.

Any videos I have from the iTunes store seem to work just fine. Only things I am ripping or converting.

Any thoughts on what might be wrong?
Thanks
Greg

Try cutting the video into two parts and manually changing the audio using Virtual Dub Mod, saving it in .avi, and then recombine the two parts. Convert it to .h264 using Videora or whatever you prefer. I had the same thing happen to me, that fixed it.
