I found out you can't do with videos what you can do with music on Senuti, and that's stream them from your iPod to your Mac. I want to be able to stream videos from my iPod to my Mac because when I'm out with the iPod and laptop, I can watch my videos on a bigger screen. I don't keep any music or videos on my MBP to save space, except on an external hdd and my iPod.

Well then, there is no need to open Senuti.

What you can do is simply plug your iPod to your MBP, and the videos in your iPod will be visible on iTunes.
