I'm looking at getting either a Powerbook or a tower G4, and I'm thinking about the monitors for them. If you play games on the Powerbook (15") do you get a ghosting effect due to the monitor/screen. How 'bout the flat panel displays that they have for a G4 tower?
 
lcds have come a long way in recent times; i dont think you should experience much if any ghosting during games on a powerbook or lcd screen, save the occasional occurence.

I used to get some ghosting but that was back when I had 256MB of RAM and playing a Quake III Engine Game like Elite Forces, now with 768, no ghosting, and even faster refresh rates.
