Charging with a iPod mini charger?
I have a ipod mini charger, would it be ok for me to charge it via that?

i take it u mean firewire, then yes, yes u can. just not syncing

Yes it is possible, as I myself was using it for the mini to 5th Gen and finally iPod touch.
