How do i do apple store chat?

Look for the "CHAT" button --> CLICK!

I noticed the button one day, thought "oh, cool" and then the next day went back to actually USE it, as I had a question -- and I couldn't find it. Maybe the chat lines weren't open at that time. *shrug*
 
I used this on the 5th October and now when I actually want to ask a question is gone!! 😕🙁



Hopefully be back in 2 weeks when I actually want to order my MBP + HE discounts 😛
