Good Capture Card For OS X?

I need a good capture card that works well with os x. I would like to be able to buy it at bestbuy or the apple store don't really like ordering online.

Card may not be necessary (or possible for the consumer price range), but the Delgato EyeTV range is apparently quite good (or so many on here say). They sell them in the Apple store.

What are you trying to capture? Video? From what type of source?

If you want a PCI slot card the only option that I've found is the Miglia AlchemyTV card.

I've got one, works great for viewing TV.
I haven't gotten the capture to work the way that I want yet though. Results in VERY large files that I'm still putzing with converting to something smallish. A few minutes of video will run 100MB or more, but ideal would be to get down to like 300-400MB /hour.

I am trying to capture video from my Xbox 360. I have a macbook so I don't think PCI is going to work.
