AirDisk, Macs, and External Hard Drives
This is a threefold question:
#1 What do you think is the best type of external hard drive to use with a MBP? I want speed. #2 Which do you think is the best external hard drive to use with AirDisk? #3 In your experience, is having your iTunes library on an AirDisk good or bad? How slow are we talkin? Much appreciated. Whichever the wisest here recommend here, I will be buying that one tomorrow morning. |

1. FireWire 800 or eSATA
2. Anything with USB 3. Reading via AirDisk is fine. Writing large amounts of data usually causes it to crap out.
