fatal error...connection refused???

i keep on getting this prompt every time i try to type in my ip address in PuTTY. i go to my wifi settings, click the network im on and then type in the IP right??? is there anything im doing wrong???

me too, I am getting that too, and in itune my ipod show 300mb
