"Failed to open remote file"

I keep getting this error on step 7 of the instructions, any ideas on how to fix it?

Code:
(iPHUC) /: getfile /dev/rdisk0s1 iphonefs/rdisk0s1 314572800
File size: 314572800
getfile: Failed to open remote file: 4

hmm... you should be able to grab it unless you still don't have access to the file directory.

I would restore the iPod again which wipes out everything, and then try the TIFF again.

Did you run the TIFF exploit?

Of course. Even tried it twice. Restoring the iPod now as a last resort...

Are you intel or PPC? (Sorry, a little burnt out right now so I don't have a whole lot of suggestions, but maybe we can get somewhere)

Isn't the guide only for Intel Macs ? If so, you're on PPC, so that's why it doesn't work.
