iPod touch winscp host name and port number?

Your tutorial should have told you, but go to Settings --> Wi-Fi --> click on blue arrow next to the AP you're connected to --> IP Address. The IP address is the host and port is 22. Obviously you need to have both the iPod and the computer on the same network
