Memorex BBQ Series CD-RW DRIVERS

A friend of mine gave me a Memorex BBQ Series CD- RW recorder 4x4x24e, but he doesn't have the drivers any more, nor does Memorex. Anybody could tell me if I can use another type of driver ?
