Hey guys and gals,

I just received a phone call from the executive office at Apple on "behalf of Steve Jobs". I was amazed by this. I got this phone call because I had been having problems with touch that apparently no one else was having. I sent in my touch in for replacement because the tech dept at Apple wanted to "rip mine open" (a quote from an Apple rep) and it was supposed to come overnight. Unfortunately, it did not and when I called Apple to find out where it was, there was no record or tracking number. I sent an email to sjobs@mac.com expressing how disappointed I was. Well, I received my touch today and as I was unwrapping it, I got a call from Steve's office! Tim O'Neil was calling and asked me if everything was alright and that if there were anymore problems to call him directly via his cell #!

I couldnt believe this! Has anything like this happened to anyone else over here!?!

Apple, you have regained my full support.:)

Tim's or Steve's cell?

Usually, execs don't give out their cell # to anyone. Usually, it is a special number taken by their admin, then if it's really important, they forwarded onto their REAL cell number (happend at the company I used to work for).

Or, one of your friend's messing with ya...

idk, it might be a cell number or an office number bc I called him already bc he called me and left a voicemail after we first talked and he answered it. Either way, he said to just call that number and he will pick up.

tim's cell, btw...Steve doesn't have a cell phone. He has an iPhone implanted in his brain.

Tim O'Neil is for real, and he's a good guy. Last time I talked to him he had a broken bone from skateboarding, haha.
