No Printer/Page Setup Help

Is there any way of accessing Page Setup in the File menu of Illustrator (or any App) if you do not own a printer (I don't). All I'm getting at the moment is an Alert message reading "No Printer has been specified. Please pull down the Apple menu and select a printer from the Chooser desk accessory"

The Chooser?! I'm running 10.2!
