plist editor for windows

So are there any plist editors for windows? I wan't to do the merge music and video icons to ipod but can't edit the plist. Searched but didn't find anything.

use this to convert the plist to ASCII:
http://140.124.181.188/~khchung/cgi-bin/plutil.cgi
You don't have to worry about converting back to binary, the Touch will read the ASCII just fine.
