I'm wondering the same, all the programs I found require you to go into disk mode which you can't do on the iPod Touch. 😡

The application I recommended, iphonedrive, doesn't require you to go into disk mode.

It is pretty stupid that even content you put on the thing, non-DRM'd, you can't take off.
