Unzipping .zips with passwords

I have recently received a file with a .zip ending . When i unstuff it with stuffit it says type in a password. I dont know it. is there any other way to open it without a password

I guess that would be considered hacking. Ask the person who sent it to you.

Well I got it from a website and it's a music file...

I know of password crackers out there for windows .zip files, so theres gotta be some little program out there for you. Wish I could help more 🙁 . sorry. If you have a windows machine, put it on a disk and use one of the programs found on www.astalavista.com
