HELP, buying iMac today 20" or 24"??
well today i get to go out and buy a new beauty...
however i would like to use this thing for some moderate gaming. (HL2, TF2) these games run awesome on my 2.4 MBP with 8600GT 256mb .... however i was wondering is there a big decrease in proformance (FPS wise) between the 20 and 24" ? i would really like to have the 24", but if the FPS drop a ton then mabey the 20" would be better for me ... since the video card wouldnt have to push out such a high native resolution. is there anywhere that has bootcamp gaming benchmarks on these new imacs? all i have been able to find is OSX gaming benchmarks, but we all know graphics proformance in windows under bootcamp is far better than in osx...

I doubt if it would be a huge difference. Maybe a few FPS but not much.
QFT. Except for WoW which is faster under OSX thanks to multi-threaded OpenGL. There are lots of threads on MR here that have gaming benchmarks under bootcamp.
