How do I get Read/Write acces on NTFS drives?

Hello all i just bought my new 2.8 imac and im loving it.. except today i converted my hard drive to a portable hard drive which was in my old pc which i store everything on.. now everything works great but i only have Read access to the drive. how do i get read/write access to the disk?

Or attach the drive to a machine running Windows and then Share it. Access it over the network. OSX cannot do proper writes directly to NTFS.

okay so i installed macfuse had everything working i was delting somefiles i thought i wouldnt need and no osx is telling me there is no space left on the drive but i have 30 gbs left did i screw this drive up?

What format is the drive? What were you trying to do when it said you were out of space?
