NoteTaker is great!
I use it every day, in fact it's my main notebook to keep everything I want in one place. There are some things, that I do not like (for example, you can not password protect your NoteTaker file yet), but overall it's a very good app.

I have used it and am very pleased with it. I liked it enough to pay for it (few shareware titles can claim that).
