quicktime 7 codec pack

Hey guys,
last month my friend installed a codec pack on my mac that had all the codecs for quicktime. i tried to find something like that for my quicktime after a fresh install of tiger. can't find it online. the closest thing was some guy's custom codec pack on a blog, but the divx decoder was really slow.

can you guys help me out?

Normally a combination of Flip4Mac and Perian is all you need.
