Why does my iChat tabbed chat window stay on top of all other windows

Ever since leopard, my chat window wont go behind other windows and its really annoying

Also, does anyone know why it takes my sr mbp like 3 minutes to shut down every time?
 
Here's how I've fixed it.

I'll paste in my response from the other thread just in case.

I've fixed this issue by disabling the autoaccept apple script in ichat's preferences.

Preferences > Alerts > Event: Text Invitation

Uncheck Run Applescript if it's checked. It's too bad though because I love auto accept.
