XCode Tutorial

Hello, my name's Henry.
I'm more of a web designer than a programmer. I can use Dashcode fine, because it's pretty much just click something and it does it for you, without having to write much code. (This coming from the kid who who could rattle off any html tag you want )

Anyway, I'm looking for a simple tutorial for XCode, because frankly, I can't use it at all.
Preferably a video or pdf with pictures, because I'm crap at just reading words.

Thanks!

um... probably not specifically for xcode3, since it was just released... but the general idea is there... it's pretty much the same thing (minus the addition of a few new features) as xcode2, but xc3 looks nicer and slightly easier to use, imho.

You might want to wait to get it, since they're releasing an updated version for 3.0 SDK (which still uses XCode 3.0) in about two weeks
