Can't Open Trash Since Upgrading to Leopard- Never mind

hmm - I never had issues through 10.5.3. Everything was ok when I first upgraded to 10.5.4. Then Google Desktop Search started quitting unexpectedly, uninstalled it, rebooted, and now experiencing not being able to open my trash bin.

anyone else have this issue on 10.5.4?
