[UK] Glasgow Apple Store meet thread

If you are planning on heading to the Glasgow store on release day then post here and let us know.

I'm thinking of getting there between 1pm and 2pm.

Yeah I'll happily meet up with whoever wishes to queue from 1pm onwards.

It'll make the waiting easier.

That's odd I was checking the same details. Apparently sunny spells. Nice if true.

When I spoke with them today they didn't admit to knowing any plans whatsoever.

Yeah that's pretty much what they told me. She said details would appear on Apple.com first and then the shops would know.

I have no idea what to expect - but I will be going along about 6.30pm - I have no idea if I will be standing in line for ages or what to expect.

I have this thing of wanting to get it from the Apple Store though rather than one of the O2 stores - I have no idea why. Madness I guess.

I have the same need, an O2 or CPW store just does not feel right

I'll get there at 1pm and there will be no queue at all hehe. Well I hope that's what happens. Store shuts at 2pm so I imagine the queue will not form as such until after this time?

redgaz I'll look out for you, be sure and stand with your thumbs up like that for easy reference

With any luck it will remain dry. On the plus side those new readings do have the temperature up by 1 degree
