What does this warning mean I got from Disk utility?

Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent" has been modified and will not be repaired.
 
That means the ARD you downloaded after installing Leopard has been installed.🙂

Nuthin to worry about.It's supposed to say that.
