The product you most recently bought that you are about to open.

Really the iPhone has cool packaging, but anyone opening up a new iMac or MacPro might argue with that as the drool strings towards the box.

You might be right. But I really liked the iPod Classic's box, it is attractive, and when you open it up all you see is the iPod sitting there. You could say the iPhone or iPod Touch is similar, but they don't look all that great when they are off IMHO.

Didn't see the poll. You should add tv as that is very cool as well.

None of the above.

The original cube box for the iPod was the epitome of Apple package design.

The box opened in two and each side had deeper and deeper elements.

By far Apple's best.

True. The split cube was a great design for unfolding the contents. A waste of packaging materials and environmentally inane. But cool. I vote for the new iMac packaging, b/c lifting that beast out of there is awesome and I like how they arranged the keyboard etc in the top tray.

Where's the Mac Pro option? I almost creamed my pants when I was opening that, but it might not have been because of the packaging.

I knew I would miss a couple. I gotta say, I am not sure which is nice, the Apple packaging, or the Apple smell. I would wear that stuff.

None of the above. The Airport Express gets my vote. But most of Apples packaging is excellent.

That's what I meant by Airport Base, my brain couldn't remember the right name for it.

I voted for Airport, but the one I really wanted was Airport Express. I love the blue packaging.

None of those on your poll.

The coolest packaging from Apple came in a low profile brown box with a small on the corner.

Last year when the 24" iMacs came out I wanted to order one but this forum was overrun with posts complaining that the screen was too bright and they made humming noises so I waited until there were reports of people getting decent screens before ordering.

I wanted the maxed out one but it was WAY over my budget so I figured that since Christmas was approaching the odds of getting the 7600GT, 2.33 from the refurb store were never going to be better. I pulled the trigger on Jan 3 and hit the jackpot by getting a $2400 computer for $1699.

It has exceeded my expectations in every way, I love refurbs
