Is it possible for me to update my iPod without the internet?

I have a 160Gb iPod Classic that is synced to my iMac which isn't connected to the internet yet but my MBP is connected (as I can take it out of my flat), is it possible to download the firmware update as a DMG (or an installer anyway) and then install it from my iMac?

Or if there's a better way then please share the knowledge.

Plug the iPod into the MBP and update the firmware on that.
If they have to tell you every day they are fair you can bet they arent, if they tell you they are balanced then you should know they are not - Don't Hurt me
