Using iDisk

Hi. i'm having difficulty opening my iDisk. I've tried using iDisk utility and the Finder menu. i seem to be able to open my public folder, but not my iDisk. When I click on iDisk, the screen just stays blank. I would like to post some albums and stuff on the web but don't have anywhere to transfer the files. Thanks in advance. Sean😉
