I Hope someone can help me with this.

I'm considering buying a second hand apple display, with warranty still remaining, will this be passed over to me if I buy it second hand or will the warranty be void?

I bought a used iBook and I called apple about the same issue. They said that you have to have the original owner call and transfer the warranty to you. Then you're good to go.
