I was wondering if anyone has entered the Gizmodo Mac Tablet concept contest? If you did, what did you come up with?

I decided not to work on UI elements, just the design:

That's a Leopard screenshot with a 12px grey border, surely you can be a little more creative than that...

Exactly what I was thinking. I guess as we approach increasingly minimalist machines that is essentially where we are headed. I suspect, however, that Jonathan Ive, won't release that until just before retirement. Otherwise the design elements become 100% GUI.

Actually, the Leopard screenshot has a 2px black border around it. Tsk tsk, know your photoshop please.

I never meant for it to be "omg this is amazing," sure I didn't spend hours upon hours upon days working on something since I just don't have the time. But hey, it's not a "win" contest, so why would I try?
