macOS WebKit WebView doesn't work in XCode 3

I'm trying to fiddle around with the new xcode, when I noticed that when I add a WebView in IB and test the app, the main window wont show and I can't open it at all. Any Suggestions?
BTW: I tried it in multiple projects, so it is a problem with xcode, not my app.
