Looks like 39.8 MB on the retail install based Mac mini.

Add me to the list. 39.8 MB on an UTD MacBook Pro C2D

MB C2D - 109MB. + 10 and a bit MB for the iPhoto update.

Installed, and my Power Mac G5 Quad rebooted twice (like some previous Tiger updates did too).
My Mac mini Core Duo 1.66 just rebooted once after upgrading.
