Has anyone seen the issue where Spotlight is half under the menu bar? (screenshot)

I searched a bit and didn't see any responses about this - has anyone seen this? It just happens every now and then.

Open Spotlight when you Exposé Show Desktop.

Still happening for me in 10.5.1.

I've had this a few times. Easiest thing to do is to killall Spotlight in Terminal...

Happened to me once the other day. Kinda caught me by surprise. I got out of spotlight, brought it up again and it was fine. Hasn't happened since. It would certainly be irritating if it happens with some frequency, but once I can deal with. No idea what might've triggered it.

That looks like expose is active too... I noticed on a couple of machines that the top right corner of the desktop became a "hot zone" so whenever i went into that corner, expose activated when i clicked spotlight.

Easy fix - go to system preferences -> expose & spaces and change the top right active screen corner to nothing.

nope has nothing to do w/ expose. Still happening - very annoying! 10.5.2 is supposed to be out soon, and i hope that fixes it
