Is there a program that will help me to make my own text adventure on OS X? Or do I have to use Project Builder and try to handcode the thing from scratch in C? 🙁

You can write a shell script, perl, php, apple script, etc... if you know any of those. Or get Real Basic and use basic.
 
Do you have any web tutorials that could tell me how to use any of these languages?
