Applications unexpectedly quitting Leopard

Since upgrading I've had a few programs that won't launch they just unexpectedly quit every time I try to load them. I have tried repairing the disk permissions but still no luck.
 
Since upgrading to Leopard.

The Apps I've had trouble with are Parallels and Peerguardian.
 
If you update parallels to the latest beta then it works with leopard.

peergruardian is a no go at the moment.
