Question about C.O.D.?

If I sell something and ship it C.O.D., is there a way I can get screwed? Someone on ebay wants my powermac, but they are a little worried and I understand that. I just want to make sure that I will not get worked over.

p.s. he would pay by money order, (usps)

Yes, they could hand over a counterfeit check or money order. This has happened many times before -- see this link for details.
